2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Portion Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
2 - 3 Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
0.5 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt
120 g Paneer (Sliced)
25 - 30 g Cucumber (Diced)
25 - 30 g Green Bell Pepper (Diced)
2 - 3 Gherkins (Chopped)
0.5 Pieces Tomatoes (Diced)
1 tsp Ready-made Mixed Pickle
4 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise for Burger
1 tsp Butter
1 Piece Tortillas
2 - 3 Pieces Lettuce
1 Piece Onions (Medium, sliced)
1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder

Directions

In a bowl add 1tps oil, garlic, coriander, red chilli powder, oregano and salt. Mix well and marinate both paneer slices in it

Heat remaining oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) and grill paneer slices from both sides till light brown in colour. Let it cool and cut it into thick fingers

Achari Mayonnaise mixture-In a bowl add cucumber, capsicum, gherkins, tomato, pickle and burger mayonnaise. Mix well.

Heat butter in a non-stick pan and warm tortilla from both sides and keep it aside.

For Assembling: Spread ½ the quantity of achari mayonnaise in the centre of tortilla, followed by lettuce, paneer, onion and remaining achari mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle some chaat masala and warp it tightly. Serve.
