100 g Apple (Red - 1 quantity)
100 g Apple (Green - 1 quantity)
3 tbsp Poppy Seeds
50 g Cabbage (shredded)
1 tsp Brown Sugar
0.5 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Diet
1 tbsp Herbs (chopped)
5 - 10 g Mint Leaves
1 Papad (1)




Toast the poppy seeds in a pan & soak them in water for­­ 10 minutes.


Slice the red & green apple into batons, take a mixing bowl and add 50 gm shredded cabbage to the apples. Toss it and add 1 tsp of poppy seed paste, 1 tsp brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp honey. Toss continuously and add 1 tsp of lemon juice, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, add 1 tbsp diet mayonnaise and continue tossing and mixing. Add a little bit of toasted poppy seeds to give a crunchy feeling.


Season with 1 chopped herbs & mint Serve as suggested in a roasted papad cup, with mint to garnish.
