|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Green Mint|
|1||medium Potato (boiled and sliced)|
|1||medium Beetroot (boiled and sliced)|
|¼ Cucumber (sliced)|
|1||small Tomato (sliced)|
|½ medium Onion (sliced)|
|0.5 tsp||Chaat Masala Powder|
Spread mayonnaise evenly on both the bread slices.
On a bread slice place potato, beetroot, cucumber, tomato and onion. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala powder and top it up with the other bread slice.
Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and pan fry sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
