Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream

Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream recipe

for the recipe Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream


50 g Walnuts (10-12 pieces, chopped)
250 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Cake Mix Brownie
2 tbsp Butter (30g)
100 ml Full Cream Milk
100 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Dessert Topping Chocolate




Preheat oven to 180°C.


In a bowl add walnuts,brownie mix, melted butter, milk and mix until batter is smooth.


Grease the inside of 8inch square baking pan and pour the batter in.


Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.


Turn the brownie upside down while it is still hot and leave it to cool and cut it into 4 equal size squares.


Serve a portion of brownie with dessert topping chocolate on top and optionally with vanilla ice cream.
