Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water and butterscotch topping until the batter is smooth. Mix cashews and stir briefly. Keep some cashews for decoration.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. baking pan and pour batter in. Decorate with remaining cashews.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
Pour batter in 15 muffin moulds of 4.5inch dia. and bake for 10minutes to make butterscotch muffins.
