Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, butter, milk, half of cherries and water. Knead until dough is smooth.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. round baking pan. Roll out half of dough slightly bigger than the baking pan and stick overlapping part to the sides to prevent topping from overflowing.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
In a bowl mix whipped cream, remaining cherries and dessert topping butterscotch. Fill inside the tart and serve.
