|1 tbsp||Vegetable Oil|
|Garlic Cloves (chopped)|
|50 g||Chickpeas (boiled)|
|0.5 tsp||Cinnamon Powder|
|1 tsp||Red Chilli Powder|
|½ medium Onion (sliced)|
|1||small Tomato (sliced)|
|¼ Cucumber (sliced)|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Garlic|
Heat oil in a non-stick pan add garlic, chickpeas, cumin powder, red chilli powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Sauté chickpeas for 1-2 minutes and keep it aside
In a bowl add above sautéed chickpeas and garlic mayonnaise. Mix well.
Heat non- stick pan (medium flame) and warm tortilla from both sides
For Assembling- Spread remaining mayonnaise on the center of the tortilla, top it up with above stuffing, followed by onion, tomato and cucumber. Roll it like a wrap and cut it from center. Serve.
