|2 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Dessert Topping Chocolate (30g)|
|4 tbsp||Whipped Cream (60g)|
|1 tsp||Veg Gelatine (5g)|
Soak gelatine in chilled water for 4-5 minutes then warm on low heat for 1 minute until all the granules melt.
In a bowl, add whipped cream, dessert topping chocolate, gelatine and mix well.
Pour in 3 glasses. Leave in a refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Serve.
For Strawberry Mousse: Add 2 tbsp. Dr. Oetker Fun Foods Strawberry Dessert Topping in place of Chocolate Dessert Topping.
