|Cabbage (1/4 small, grated)|
|Carrot (1 small, grated)|
|Green Bell Pepper (1 small, chopped)|
|75 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original (5tbsp.)|
|4 Slices||White Sandwich Bread|
|Black Pepper Powder|
In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Spread above filling on 2 bread slices and top it up with the other 2 respectively.
Heat butter in a pan (medium flame) and pan fry sandwiches from both sides until light brown. Cut and serve.
