15 g Onions (chopped)

2 Pieces Tortilla Bread (2)
0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
0.5 tsp Chilli Powder
15 g Red Bell Peppers
15 g Red Bell Peppers
15 g Yellow Bell Peppers
200 g Sweet Potato (boiled & grated)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Jalapenos
60 g Corns (blanched)
45 g Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 Piece Papads (1 roasted)
2 tsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Green Mint

For the Kathi Roll mixture, heat a pan & add about 2 tbsp of olive oil, add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, sauté for a couple of minutes and now add 1 tbsp of finely chopped red & 1 tbsp yellow bell peppers, salt to taste.

Now add about 200 gms of the sweet potatoes which are already boiled and mashed, 1 tsp of garam masala, stir till it mixes fine.

Add 1 tbsp chopped jalapeno, 4 tbsp blanched sweetcorn and 3 tbsp shredded coriander, stir and cook for a couple of minutes and switch of the flame. Now add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise veg and mix it.

Keep the pan on the griddle, add 2 tsp of olive oil and heat the tortilla, on the tortilla make a bed of sliced onion and add a tsp of mayonnaise mint. Add the filling of the mixture we made and roll up the tortilla. Let it cook a little crispy and then remove from pan.

Serve as suggested with a garnish of mayonnaise mint, lemon wedges, roasted papad and fresh coriander.
