|1 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|200 g||Paneer , cut unto long pieces|
|1 tbsp||Red Chilli Powder|
|½ medium Onion , sliced|
|¼ each Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum , sliced|
|2 - 3 no.||Lettuce Leaf , shredded|
|60 g||FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Ranch|
Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add paneer, chilli powder and salt. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes or until paneer gets crispy and light brown in colour.
Heat non-stick pan (medium flame) and warm tortilla from both sides. Keep it aside.
Place lettuce in the center of tortilla, top it up with above paneer mix, onion and bell pepper. Drizzle ranch dressing and roll it like a wrap. Cut and serve.
