for the recipe Crispy Tofu Salad


1 tsp Olive Oil
2 - 3 Pieces Garlic Cloves (chopped)
150 g Tofu (cut into fingers)
Chilli Flakes
½ medium Carrot (cut into thin strips)
0.5 Pieces Medium Radish (cut into thin strips)
50 g Peanuts (crushed)
8 - 10 Coriander Leaves (chopped)
75 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Sweet Onion




Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame). Add garlic, tofu, chili flakes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tofu gets crisp and light brown. Season tofu with salt and take it out in a bowl


Assembling- In a bowl add, carrot, radish, tofu, peanuts, coriander leaves and sweet onion dressing. Mix well and serve
