|2 g||Red Chilli Powder|
|20 g||Spring Onions (chopped)|
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Take out yolks in a bowl and mash it with fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Sprinkle red chilli powder and spring onion on the stuffed eggs and serve.
