for the recipe Grill Veg Salad


2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Potato , boiled and cut into wedges
4 - 5 French Beans , boiled
¼ each Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum
3 - 4 Mushrooms , diced
3 - 4 Cherry Tomatoes , halved
1 small bunch Mix Lettuce (Green Leafy, Iceberg, Lollo Rosso)
1 Black Pepper Powder
3 - 4 Black Olives , sliced
60 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Thousand Island




In a bowl add, 1 tsp oil, potato, beans, capsicum, mushroom, salt and pepper. Gently toss vegetables to coat.


Heat remaining oil in a griddle (medium flame). Place potato, beans, capsicum and mushroom on the griddle. Grill vegetables for 3-4 until they are lightly charred and tender, moving the ingredients around so they do not overcook.


In a bowl, add lettuce, above grilled vegetables, cherry tomato, olives, salt, pepper and dressing. Gently toss salad, place it in a bowl and serve.
