Grilled Fish with Orange Sauce

for the recipe Grilled Fish with Orange Sauce


3 - 4 Basil Leaves , chopped
Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Basa Fish Fillet 1 no.
1 no. Basa Fish Fillet
90 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Zesty Orange
2 Garlic Cloves , chopped
3 - 4 no. Broccoli Florets , boiled
4 - 5 no. Cherry Tomatoes
½ medium Carrot , sliced and boiled




Marination- In a bowl add basil leaves, salt, pepper and 1 tsp olive oil. Mix well, add fish and marinade for 30 minutes.


For Sauce- In a saucepan (medium flame), add orange dressing. Cook it for 1-2 minutes or until dressing is reduced to half.


Heat ½ tbsp oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add garlic, broccoli, cherry tomato and carrot. Sauté vegetables for 1-2 minutes and season it with salt and pepper.


Heat remaining oil in a griddle (medium flame). Grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked.


Assembling – Place sautéed vegetables on a plate, top it up with grilled fish and pour orange sauce on top. Serve.
