|2||Garlic Cloves , chopped|
|3 - 4 no.||Broccoli Florets , boiled|
|4 - 5 no.||Cherry Tomatoes|
|½ medium Carrot , sliced and boiled|
Marination- In a bowl add basil leaves, salt, pepper and 1 tsp olive oil. Mix well, add fish and marinade for 30 minutes.
For Sauce- In a saucepan (medium flame), add orange dressing. Cook it for 1-2 minutes or until dressing is reduced to half.
Heat ½ tbsp oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame) add garlic, broccoli, cherry tomato and carrot. Sauté vegetables for 1-2 minutes and season it with salt and pepper.
Heat remaining oil in a griddle (medium flame). Grill fish for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
Assembling – Place sautéed vegetables on a plate, top it up with grilled fish and pour orange sauce on top. Serve.
