Grilled Mushroom Caesar Salad

for the recipe Grilled Mushroom Caesar Salad


2 - 3 Slices Garlic Bread (cut into cubes)
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 - 3 Pieces Garlic Cloves (chopped)
5 - 6 Pieces Assorted Mushrooms (diced)
1 Black Pepper Powder
1 large bunch of Green leafy lettuce (torn into bite size pieces)
75 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Caesar
50 g Parmesan Cheese (grated)




Heat non-stick pan (medium flame) and add bread cubes. Sauté it for 1-2 minutes or until bread gets crisp and lightly browned


Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame). Add garlic, mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Season mushrooms with salt and pepper


Assembling- In a bowl add, lettuce leaves, croutons (crispy bread cubes), sautéed mushrooms, Caesar dressing, salt and pepper. Gently toss salad and place it in a serving bowl. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and serve.
