|1 Piece||Tomatoes (de-seeded and diced)|
|½ medium Green Capsicum (de-seeded and diced)|
|10 g||Coriander Leaves (chopped)|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori|
For Stuffing- In a bowl add potato, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and 3 tbsp mayonnaise. Mix well.
Heat non- stick pan (medium flame) and warm tortilla from both sides.
For Assembling- Spread remaining mayonnaise on the center of the tortilla and top it up with above stuffing. Roll it like a wrap, cut it from center and serve.
