for the recipe Loaded Vegan Sandwich


15 g Chickpeas (boiled)
1 medium Beetroot (boiled and diced)
3 Pieces Garlic Cloves
60 g Dr.Oetker FunFoods Vegan Mayonnaise Plant Base (4 tbsp)
2 Multigrain Breads (slices)
30 g Mix Lettuce leaves
1 medium Avocado (sliced)
1 Piece Medium Radish (sliced)
1 Piece Carrot (cut into thin strips)




 Hummus- In a blender jar add chickpeas, beetroot, garlic, 2 tbsp vegan mayo and salt. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth paste is formed.


Assembling- Spread remaining mayonnaise on both the bread slices. On a bread slice place few lettuce leaves, spread hummus, top it up with avocado, radish, carrot and remaining lettuce leaves. Cover it with the other bread slice and serve.
