for the recipe Malai Kofta
|110 g||Potatoes (1 medium, boiled, peeled & mashed)|
|50 g||Paneer (mashed)|
|2 ½ g||Salt (1/2tsp.)|
|2 ½ g||Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)|
|30 g||Cornflour (2tbsp.)|
|200 ml||Vegetable Oil (for frying)|
|100 ml||Full Cream Milk (2/3 tea cup)|
|100 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori (7tbsp.)|
Mix potato, paneer, salt, black pepper and cornflour. Form 4-6 little balls.
Deep fry in hot oil until light brown.
Prepare gravy by mixing milk and mayonnaise in a pan, heat till it boils.
Add fried kofta and stir. Serve hot.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
