for the recipe Minced Chicken Salad


1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 - 3 Garlic Cloves , chopped
100 g Chicken Mince
1 medium Onion , sliced
3 - 4 no. Mint Leaves
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
2 - 3 no. Spring Onion Greens , chopped
50 g Roasted Peanuts , crushed
60 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Sweet Onion




Heat oil in a non-stick pan (medium flame), add garlic, chicken mince, salt and cook stirring for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.


In a bowl, add cooked chicken mince, onion, mint leaves, chilli flakes, spring onion, peanuts and sweet onion dressing. Mix well and serve.
