Papad Tacos:

2 Papads
50 g Rajma ( boiled)
Cucumber (1/4,chopped)
Green Bell Pepper (1/4, chopped)
Red Bell Pepper (1/4, chopped)
Yellow Bell Pepper (1/4, chopped)
3 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Green Mint
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
2 tsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Salsa

Roast each piece of papad. Immediately fold hot papad from the edges to make a ā€œUā€ shape. Leave aside to cool and become crisp.

In a bowl add kidney beans, cucumber, bell peppers, coriander leaves, mint mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well until mixture is smooth.

Place above mixture in U-shape papad and pour over the salsa. Serve.
