for the recipe Pasta and Chickpea Salad


3 - 4 Parsley leaves
3 - 4 Coriander Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
2 - 3 Basil Leaves
1 - 2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
6 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Olive Oil
100 g Penne Pasta (Boiled)
3 tbsp Sweet Corn
3 - 4 Pieces Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)




For salad dressing -In a blender add parsley, coriander, garlic, basil, green chilli, salt and veg mayonnaise. Blend it for 30 seconds or until smooth dressing is formed.


In a bowl add pasta, chickpea, sweet corn, cherry tomato and above salad dressing. Season with salt and mix well. Serve cold.
