for the recipe Pasta in Creamy Mushroom Sauce
|100 g||Penne Pasta|
|5 ml||Vegetable Oil (1tsp)|
|70 g||Onions (1small)|
|5 g||Garlic (2-3cloves)|
|20 g||Mushrooms (2medium, sliced)|
|137 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pasta Alfredo with Cheese (1/2 jar)|
|50 ml||Full Cream Milk|
Boil 1ltr water, add salt. Cook penne in it (8-9 minutes or as directed on pack). Drain water.
Heat oil in non-stick pan (low flame), sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Keep aside.
To make mushroom sauce, in the non-stick pan mix pasta alfredo, milk, sautéed mushrooms and heat (low flame).
Add penne, toss and serve hot.
Season with oregano and chilli flakes.
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
