Pasta in Creamy Mushroom Sauce recipe

for the recipe Pasta in Creamy Mushroom Sauce


1 tsp Salt
100 g Penne Pasta
5 ml Vegetable Oil (1tsp)
70 g Onions (1small)
5 g Garlic (2-3cloves)
20 g Mushrooms (2medium, sliced)
137 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pasta Alfredo with Cheese (1/2 jar)
50 ml Full Cream Milk
1 ltr Water




Boil 1ltr water, add salt. Cook penne in it (8-9 minutes or as directed on pack). Drain water.


Heat oil in non-stick pan (low flame), sauté onion, garlic and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Keep aside.


To make mushroom sauce, in the non-stick pan mix pasta alfredo, milk, sautéed mushrooms and heat (low flame).


Add penne, toss and serve hot.
