100 g | muesli (crushed) |
1 tbsp | Desiccated Coconut Powder |
50 g | Almonds (chopped) |
50 g | Cashews (chopped) |
4 tbsp | Dr. Oetker FunFoods Peanut Butter - Creamy |
2 tbsp | Mixed Fruit Jam |
In a non-stick pan (low flame), add muesli, coconut, almonds and cashewnuts. Stir and dry roast for 1-2 minutes or until mixture is light golden brown
In a bowl, add muesli and peanut butter. Mix well
In an 8x8-inch baking dish place aluminum foil. Transfer half of the muesli mix in the dish, spread mix fruit jam on top of it and cover it up with remaining muesli mix
Press firmly so that it is evenly flattened. Cover it and keep in freezer for 30 minutes
Cut it into small bars and serve
