|150 g||Chicken Breast Boneless (1/2 Breast, cut in cubes)|
|5 ml||Olive Oil (1 tsp.)|
|2.5 g||Salt (1/2tsp.)|
|2.5 g||Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)|
|70 g||Onions (1 small, sliced)|
|70 g||Green Bell Peppers (1 small, sliced)|
|70 g||Tomatoes (1 small, diced)|
|20 g||Olives (4-5)|
|100 g||Mozarella Cheese (grated)|
|2 Portion||Pizza Base|
|60 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pizza Topping (4tbsp.)|
|10 g||Chilli Flakes (2tsp.)|
|10 g||Dried Oregano (2tsp.)|
|30 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods American Mustard (2tbsp.)|
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a bowl add chicken cubes, oil, salt and black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.
Spread half of pizza topping on top of each pizza base. Spread capsicum, onion, tomato, olives and marinated chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top to cover the vegetables and chicken.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza bases turns light brown.
Season with chilli flakes and oregano. Cut into 4 pieces. Serve hot with american mustard sauce.
