for the recipe Quinoa Bowl  

Ingredient:

100 g Quinoa (boiled)
¼ each Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum (chopped)
90 g FunFoods Zer0Fat Dressing Honey Mustard
50 g Almonds
30 ml Honey
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
100 g Paneer (sliced and cut into triangle)
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
2 Cucumber (sliced)
30 g Dry Berries

For Quinoa- In a bowl, add quinoa, capsicum, onion, 50 g Honey mustard dressing and salt. Mix well and keep aside

For Honey coated Almonds- In a non-stick pan (slow flame) add almonds and dry roast for 3-4 minutes or until almonds turns light golden brown. Add honey, sesame seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes or until almonds are well coated with sesame seeds. Transfer almonds immediately on to a plate and separate the nuts right away

Heat non-stick griddle (medium flame). Place paneer slices on the griddle and season it with salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute or until paneer slices are light golden brown from both sides

Assembling- Place quinoa salad on the center of the serving plate and place dry berries on top of it

Around quinoa, salad place sliced cucumber, honey coated almonds and grilled cottage cheese. Drizzle remaining dressing on cucumber slices and cottage cheese. Serve
