A unique and clever way of preparing the traditional pizza recipe with leftover chapati or roti's as a pizza base.

2 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Pizza Topping
1 Roti
50 g Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
½ medium Onion (diced)
1 medium Tomato (de-seeded and diced)
½ medium Green Capsicum (de-seeded and diced)
30 g Sweet Corn Kernels
0.5 tsp Butter




Spread pizza topping on a roti, sprinkle cheese and top it up with onion, tomato, capsicum and sweet corn.


Heat butter on a tawa (medium flame). Place above roti on tawa and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut it into 4 pieces and serve.
