Spread pizza topping on a roti, sprinkle cheese and top it up with onion, tomato, capsicum and sweet corn.
Heat butter on a tawa (medium flame). Place above roti on tawa and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut it into 4 pieces and serve.
