Preheat oven to 180°C.
Line a rectangular 5inch square baking tray with greased baking paper.
In a bowl add brownie mix, melted butter, water and rum. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
Immediately pour batter in the baking tray.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Decorate the baked brownies, first with dessert topping chocolate and then cashews while still warm. Serve immediately.
