250 gDr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes
75 gButter
50 mlFull Cream Milk
100 mlWater
30 gPowdered Sugar (2tbsp.)
30 gCocoa Powder (2tbsp.)
100 gRaisins (soaked in 200ml rum for a week)
1 tbspRefined Flour

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix bake mix, melted butter, milk, water, sugar and cocoa powder until batter is smooth.

Drain raisins through a sieve. Coat them lightly with flour and mix into batter.

Grease & flour a 7inch dia. baking pan and pour batter in.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Turn cake upside down while it is still hot and leave it to cool.
