Steamed upma Kofta

for the recipe Steamed upma Kofta

For Dressing:

1 Portion Leftover Upma
3 tbsp Rice Flour
3 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori
2 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Green Mint
3 tbsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil





Take the leftover upma and equally divide into 3 mixing bowls, add 1 tbsp of rice flour in each of the bowls and add 1 tbsp of curd again in each of the bowls. Now add 2 tbsp of tandoori mayonnaise in the first bowl, 2 tbsp veg mayonnaise in the second bowl & 2 tbsp mint mayonnaise in third bowl.


Bind and mix each of them, take 2 tbsp of oil & 1 tbsp of baking soda and mix it, add this equally to the three mixes, mix it further.


Make small koftas of each of the mix and steam for approximately 7 minutes.


For serving make a mixture of 1 tbsp of veg mayonnaise with 3 tbsp of yogurt, serve as suggested.
