|4 Portion||Eggs (de-shelled)|
|5 g||Salt (1tsp)|
|5 g||Black Pepper Powder|
|70 g||Onions (1 small, chopped)|
|10 g||Green Chillies (2-3, chopped)|
|15 ml||Olive Oil (1tbsp)|
|100 g||Mushrooms (Sliced)|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Burger (60g)|
In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, onion, green chillies and whisk well.
Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium flame. Sauté mushroom for about a minute and add omelette mixture to it. Spread it all over the pan by twirling the pan slightly.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Serve the omelette on a plate and spread burger mayonnaise on it. Fold it. Serve.
