|50 g||Paneer (crumbled)|
|Red Bell Pepper (1/2, chopped)|
|Yellow Bell Pepper (1/2, chopped)|
|Green Bell Pepper (1/2, chopped)|
|50 g||Cheese (mozzarella, grated)|
|1 - 2 Pieces||Garlic Cloves|
|1 - 2||Basil Leaves (chopped)|
|2 tsp||Vegetable Oil|
|2 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori|
|30 g||Tomatoes (chopped)|
|15 g||Red Bell Pepper (chopped)|
|15 g||Green Bell Pepper (chopped)|
|1 tbsp||Basil Leaves (chopped)|
|2 tsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori|
|50 g||Mozarella Cheese|
In a mixing bowl add tomato, basil leaves, garlic, onion & 3 tbsp tandoori mayonnaise. Mix well, spread the mix on 2 bread slices and top it up with other 2 breads respectively..
Keep the pan on flame, add 2 tsp oil and very lightly pan sear the sandwich & leave it on the baking tray.
In a mixing bowl add tomato, bell peppers, onion, garlic, basil leaves, paneer & salt. Mix well.
Spread Tandoori Mayonnaise on the sandwich and use this mixture for the topping. Top it up with grated mozzarella cheese and bake the pizza sandwich in the oven for 5 mins at 200°C
Remove from the oven and serve as suggested.
