|3 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Olive Oil|
|15 - 20 g||Red Bell Peppers|
|15 - 20 g||Yellow Bell Peppers|
|2 tbsp||Julienned Raw Papaya|
|25 - 30 g||Pineapple (3 slices)|
|15 - 20 g||Iceberg Lettuce (3 leaves)|
|15 g||Spring Onions|
|5 - 10 g||Cashews (Toasted, for garnishing)|
For the dressing: Chop the red chillies, chop the peanuts, mix this in a bowl and add lemon juice, soya sauce, honey & chopped garlic. Add 2 tbsp of American mustard, mix it properly and add 3 tbsp of olive oil mayonnaise.
Take the red & yellow bell peppers cut juliennes of the pepper, add these to the dressing bowl. Add 2 tbsp of julienned raw papaya which prior soaked in chilled water. Mix everything; now take out the salad squeezing out the dressing from the salad.
For serving take the pineapple slices, toss it in the same leftover dressing and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves with a few toasted cashew nuts, as suggested.
