Mozarella Cheese (Grated)
200 ml
Full Cream Milk
2 tsp
Dried Oregano (10g)
1 tbsp
Olive Oil (15ml)

Onions (1 small, chopped)

Garlic Cloves (chopped)

Chicken Breast Boneless (sliced)

Salt (5g)
1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder (5g)

Penne Pasta (boiled)

French Beans (chopped & boiled)

In a bowl add mozzarella cheese & milk. Whisk until the cheese dissolves completely. Add classic mayonnaise & oregano to it. Whisk again to make a smooth & thick sauce.

In a non-stick pan heat oil at moderate temperature. Sauté onions & garlic till slightly soft. Add chicken breast and saute for 7 minutes or until cooked. Season with salt, black pepper.

Take the pan off the flame, add sauce & stir well.

Add penne into the sauce & toss well. Garnish with french beans. Serve hot.
