Preheat oven to 180°C.
Grease and flour 15 (7inch dia.) tart molds.
In a bowl add melted butter, bake mix and water. Knead it until smooth dough is formed.
Make 15 equal size balls from the dough and roll out each ball on a flat surface slightly bigger than the mould. Stick the overlapping part to the sides to prevent the filling from overflowing.
In another bowl add fruit slices and butterscotch dessert topping, mix well.
Pour this mixture in the moulds lined with dough.
Bake for 20 minutes or until sides of tarte turn slightly brown.
Leave to cool for 15 minutes. De-mold and serve.
