How to Prepare:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl add rice, onion, capsicum, paneer, arrabbiata pasta sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Cut a slice of tomato around the eye and scoop out juice and pulp from inside.
Fill the mixture of rice inside the tomatoes and spread grated mozzarella cheese on top of each tomato.
Bake stuffed tomatoes for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
