4 tbspDr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Green Mint
1medium Potato (boiled and sliced)
1medium Beetroot (boiled and sliced)
¼ Cucumber (sliced)
1small Tomato (sliced)
½ medium Onion (sliced)
Salt
0.5 tspChaat Masala Powder
1 tspButter

Spread mayonnaise evenly on both the bread slices.

On a bread slice place potato, beetroot, cucumber, tomato and onion. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala powder and top it up with the other bread slice.

Heat butter in non-stick pan (medium flame) and pan fry sandwich from both sides for 1-2 minute or till golden brown in colour. Cut and serve hot.
