Spread 1 tbsp pizza topping on each bread slice, sprinkle cheese and top it up with onion, tomato, capsicum and sweet corn.

Heat butter on a tawa/pan (medium flame). Place above bread slices on tawa, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut it into 2 pieces and serve
