
In a bowl add onion, sweet corn, capsicum and pasta Alfredo. Mix well.
Spread above mixture on two bread slices and top it up with other two breads respectively.
In a bowl mix together butter, garlic, chilli flakes and coriander leaves. Spread chilli garlic butter on both sides of the sandwiches.
Heat tawa/non-stick pan and pan fry sandwiches from both sides until light brown. Cut into fingers shape and serve.
