Apple & Caramelized Onion Roll Overs

for the recipe Apple & Caramelized Onion Roll Ups


4 Slices Bread
1 Piece Onions
2 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Olive Oil
45 g Apple chopped
0.25 tsp Paprikas
2 tsp Cheese (crumbled cheddar)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 g Cinnamon Powder
2 tsp Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg




Put a pan on flame, put sliced onion, add 2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tsp olive oil. Caramelize the onions on a low flame


Take the caramelized onions into a bowl, add the chopped apple, paprika powder, crumbled cheddar cheese, lemon juice & pinch of cinnamon powder and mix everything. Now add 2 tsp of veg mayonnaise, mix evenly and add salt to taste


Take the bread slices and cut the edges off, with a rolling pin flatten the slices. put the filling on the slices and roll up the slices


Bake in the oven for 4 minutes at 180degree C
