For the toppings, take 100 gm paneer and grate it, add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp coriander & 1 tsp chaat masala. Add 2 tbsp veg mayonnaise. Mix well, add some sev.
For the second topping take 2 tbsp mashed sweet potato& mix with 1 tbsp tandoori mayonnaise.
For the third topping, take the seekh kebabs and chop them, add 1 tbsp diced cheese, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp chopped pineapple, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp pomegranate. Add 1 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise.
For serving take the second topping in a piping bag. Take the first 4 biscuits, lay the cheese slices cut into ¼ over it. Spread the second topping with the piping bag over the biscuits. Take the tart cups and fill with the seekh kabab toppings, and for the final topping use the round biscuits, top it with the paneer chaat topping.
