|80 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Garlic|
|10 ml||Olive Oil (2 tsp)|
|2.5 g||Dried Oregano (1/2tsp.)|
|2.5 g||Salt (1/2tsp.)|
|2.5 g||Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)|
|110 g||Potatoes (1 medium, sliced)|
|30 g||Yoghurt (2tbsp.)|
|5 g||Coriander Leaves (4-5 leaves)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl add olive oil, oregano, salt and black pepper. Marinate the potato slices in the above mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Place potatoes in a single layer on a lightly greased baking pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until light brown from all sides.
In a bowl mix garlic mayonnaise, yogurt and coriander. Pour on top of baked potatoes and serve.
