|100 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Dessert Topping Butterscotch|
|2 tbsp||Fresh Cream (30g)|
|3 Portion||Eggs (150g)|
|3 tbsp||Butter (45g)|
|5 tbsp||Maida (White Flour) (75g)|
Boil water along with butter.
When the butter melts, add flour and cook the mix till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Put the mix in the bowl, leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Add eggs and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
Pipe out small round shaped balls on a greased baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 180° or untill it turns light brown.
Leave to cool for 20 minutes.
In a bowl add dessert topping and fresh cream. Mix well. Top the baked balls with this mixture. Serve.
