|50 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|2 tbsp||Powdered Sugar (30g)|
|5 - 6||Almonds (chopped)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix well bake mix, melted butter, milk, water, sugar, coffee powder, cocoa powder and cinnamon powder until batter is smooth.
Keep few almonds for decoration and put the rest into the batter and stir briefly.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. baking pan and pour batter in. Decorate with remaining almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
In step 3, roast remaining almonds in a pan without oil. Let them cool. Melt some butter and lace it over the cake after it is cooled. Sprinkle some roasted almonds on top for garnish.
