30 ml Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp.)
Onions (1 small, peeled & diced)
30 Mushrooms (5-6, chopped)
Tomatoes (1 small, chopped)
Green Bell Pepper (1 small, chopped)
45 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original (3tbsp.)
30 ml Fresh Cream (2tbsp.)
2.5 g Salt (1/2tsp.)
2.5 g Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)
15 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Garlic Chilli Dip (1tbsp.)

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, mushrooms, tomato and green bell pepper. Sauté vegetables for 1-2 minutes.

In a bowl add cooked vegetables, veg mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, black pepper and garlic chilli dip. Mix well. Serve.
