for the recipe Creamy Vegetable Dip


30 ml Vegetable Oil (2 tbsp.)
70 g Onions (1 small, peeled & diced)
30 g Mushrooms (5-6, chopped)
70 g Tomatoes (1 small, chopped)
70 g Green Bell Peppers (1 small, chopped)
45 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg (3tbsp.)
30 ml Fresh Cream (2tbsp.)
2.5 g Salt (1/2tsp.)
2.5 g Black Pepper Powder (1/2tsp.)
15 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Garlic Chilli Dip (1tbsp.)




Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and capsicum. Saute till cooked.


In a bowl add cooked vegetables, veg mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, black pepper and garlic chilli dip. Mix well. Serve.
