|30 g||Onions (chopped)|
|about 50 - 80 g||Potatoes (1 medium size)|

|3 tbsp||Paste of Coconut, Green Chilli & Cumin|
|2 tbsp||Green Tomatoes (chopped)|
|150 ml||Coconut Milk|
|50 g||Cucumber (sliced)|
|15 - 20 g||Tomatoes (sliced)|
|2 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Olive Oil|
Keep the pan on the griddle and add 2 tsp oil. Add a few curry leaves & the grated coconut, sauté it for a minute. Add the chopped onion & fry it for about another minute.
Add the sliced potato & raw banana, stir and cook for a while. Add the paste of coconut, green chilli & cumin. Stir & fry till it medium dries, add the chopped green tomatoes and let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stir it occasionally. Now add the coconut milk, 4 tbsp of water and sliced cucumber. Let it simmer and cook till slightly dry
Now add a pinch of salt & few slices of tomato, some water & 2 tbsp of olive oil mayonnaise. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes & take off the flame.
For the dosa toastie take a sandwich toast maker and fill the batter in the toast maker, close it and turn it around so that the batter is evenly spread inside. Cook till crispy like a toast.
Serve as suggested with coriander and green chilli.
