|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes|
|50 ml||Full Cream Milk|
|2 tbsp||Powdered Sugar (30g)|
|50 g||Cashews (chopped)|
|50 g||Almonds (chopped)|
|2 tbsp||Maida (White Flour) (30g)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix well bake mix, melted butter, milk, water and sugar until batter is smooth.
Keep a few cashews and almonds aside for decoration and put the rest into the batter. Coat raisins lightly in maida and add them to the batter. Stir briefly.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. round baking pan and pour the batter in. Decorate with remaining nuts.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
The cake tastes best when all dry fruits are soaked over-night in rum.
