for the recipe Lemony Mayo Crepes
|150 g||Refined Flour|
|3 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Veg|
|0.25 tsp||Vanilla Pod (essence)|
|1 tsp||Olive Oil|
|1 tsp||Lemon Juice|
|1 tsp||Sugar Icing|
|1||For Plating a slice of lemon & sprig of mint leaves|
Take a mixing bowl, add the refined flour, 1 tbsp sugar and the milk. Mix thoroughly to create the batter. Now add 3 tbsp of veg mayonnaise and mix it. Add one raw egg stir and mix thoroughly and now add vanilla beans from 1 pod of vanilla. Add 1 tsp of oil to the batter, mix it finally and its ready.
Keep the pan on the griddle, spread the batter on the pan. Tilt the pan so that a thin layer of the batter is formed evenly and let it cook from one side. Flip it over & sprinkle the sugar & some lemon juice. Spread the veg mayonnaise on the crepe.
Once the crepe turns golden brown fold it in a cone shape and take off the pan.
Plate it as suggested with icing sugar and lemon slice.
