|250 g||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Eggless Bake Mix 11 Cakes|
|150 g||Mixed Fruit Jam|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix bake mix, melted butter and water. Knead until dough is smooth.
Grease and flour a 7inch dia. round baking pan. Roll out half of the dough slightly bigger than the baking pan and stick overlapping part to the sides to prevent jam from overflowing.
Spread jam on the rolled dough. Roll out rest of the dough and cut in 10-12 pieces and place it in a grid like pattern on top of the jam.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out clean.
Add 2 pinches powdered clove, 1 heaped tbsp. cinnamon powder and 1tbsp. ground almonds in dough to get an Austrian Linzer Tart. Alternatively, fill with apricot, raspberry or pineapple jam.
