|2 tsp||Vegetable Oil|
|Onions (1 small, chopped)|
|5 g||Ginger & Garlic Paste|
|1 tsp||Coriander Powder|
|1 tsp||Chilli Powder|
|8 Pieces||Leftover Chicken Tikkas (8)|
|1 tsp||Kasoori Methi|
|5 - 8 g||Cashews|
|4 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Mayonnaise Tandoori|
|1 tbsp||Dr. Oetker FunFoods Veg Mayonnaise Original|
|Milk (150 ml)|
Put a pan on the flame, add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Fry for a couple of minutes and add milk to it & salt to taste.
Let its simmer and cook for about 3 – 5 minutes and add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, stir and mix it properly. Cut the chicken tikka in pieces and add it to the sauce, stir and mix. Season with 1 tsp of kasoori methi, let it cook till a creamy consistency is achieved.
Serve as suggested with garnishing of veg mayonnaise and toasted cashew nuts.
You can replace Veg Mayonnaise Lite (Diet) with Veg Mayonnaise Original.
